Data deletion

Request deletion of your TrueForm Remodeling data

To delete the data TrueForm Remodeling holds about you — from the website, a quote request, a booking, or the TrueForm Remodeling mobile app — email estimates@trueformdfw.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” from the email address you used with us. No account login is required to make the request. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete eligible deletions within 30 days.

What we delete

On a verified request we delete your contact details (name, email, phone, service address), quote and booking messages, project notes, saved design-board selections, photos you submitted, and mobile push-notification tokens associated with your device.

What we may retain

Records we are required to keep are retained only as long as the law requires: transaction and invoice records for tax purposes, consent and communication audit logs, and records connected to an active warranty, permit, insurance claim, or dispute. Retained records are not used for marketing.

Mobile app data

The TrueForm Remodeling app stores your saved boards and likes on your device; deleting the app removes them. Data you submitted through the app (quote requests, bookings, photos) is covered by the request process above.
