TrueForm Remodeling privacy

TrueForm Remodeling uses a private project workspace to receive quote requests, booking messages, attribution, and consent records. We collect the contact details, service notes, address details, browser metadata, consent choices, and any photos you choose to attach so the team can respond and perform the requested service. Quote-request photos stay private. We may retain them without a fixed automatic expiration for documented lawful service and business-record purposes. Ordinary access pauses after 30 days unless an active need and the required permissions are reconfirmed. If you request deletion or withdraw permission, access is restricted while we assess the request under applicable law. We record any required deletion deadline or documented retention exception; a preservation hold may delay erasure and is reviewed every 30 days. We do not sell customer intake data. Service information is available to the operating business, authorized Koydo support staff under time-bound access, and vendors needed for payment, messaging, safety, and hosting.

To request correction, export, or deletion of eligible data, contact estimates@trueformdfw.com. Some records, such as consent and transaction audit logs, may be retained where required for legal, tax, safety, or fraud-prevention reasons.
