Each comes with fixed-price Good/Better/Best tiers, a written scope before demo starts, and a 3-year workmanship warranty. Nine adjacent services — painting, flooring, tile, custom cabinetry, windows and doors, siding, fencing, handyman work, and insurance-claim disaster recovery — round out the full home-improvement scope. Three-ton residential to whole-home zoned systems. Licensed and bonded HVAC division.

Whole-home renovation
Cosmetic refresh to down-to-studs. Single project manager from start to handoff.

Additional services
Interior painting
Whole-home or single-room repaints with prep, caulk, and trim work. Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore.
Flooring
Engineered hardwood, LVP, tile, and carpet. Subfloor leveling and moisture mitigation included where needed.
Tile installation
Bath, kitchen backsplash, mudroom, patio. Schluter waterproofing on every wet area.
Custom cabinetry
Built-ins, kitchen islands, mudroom lockers, and stand-alone pieces from a DFW shop.
Windows and doors
Replacement windows tuned to TX climate (low SHGC, Energy Star), front and patio doors.
Siding installation
Hardie fiber-cement, engineered wood, and select vinyl. Includes trim, soffit, and fascia work.
Fencing
Cedar privacy, board-on-board, ornamental iron, and gates. Pier-set posts to ride out DFW clay.
Handyman
Half-day and full-day handyman work — small repairs, mounts, drywall patches, fixture swaps.
Disaster recovery
Insurance-claim remodels — fire, water, hail, storm. We work direct with adjusters and supplements.
