We show up ready
Renata arrives at your scheduled time with all standard tools. We work through your task list, document what was done, and leave you with an itemized invoice the same day. Materials sourced by us are billed at cost + 15%.

Deposit at booking
- The full block price is collected as a nonrefundable deposit at booking confirmation.
- Deposit is charged after we confirm availability and send you a secure payment link by email.
- Accepted: all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Cancellation
- Cancellations within 7 days of the appointment: deposit forfeited.
- Cancellations 7+ days before: deposit transfers to a rescheduled appointment (valid 90 days from original booking date).
- Rescheduling with 7+ days’ notice is always free — deposit carries forward to your new date.

Why a flat block price instead of hourly?
Flat blocks let you know your total cost upfront — no meter anxiety, no inflated hour counts. You buy 2, 4, or 8 hours of skilled labor. Unused time within the block is not billed extra; if we run a bit long on a half-day (up to 30 min), we don't stop mid-task — we finish and charge only the overage at $82/hr.
Can I add tasks once Renata arrives?
Absolutely. If extra tasks fit within your block's remaining time, we take them at no extra charge. If they push beyond the block, additional time is $82/hr, billed in 15-minute increments, invoiced the same day.
Do I need to provide materials?
Either way works. If you have the parts ready (faucet, fan, fixtures), Renata installs them. If you'd rather we source materials, we pick up at cost plus 15% and itemize on the invoice — no mystery markups.
What's the drive-time radius?
Starter blocks include drive time within 20 miles of central Dallas. Half-Day covers 25 miles; Full-Day covers 35 miles. Extended drive beyond those radii is $1.25/mile one-way, added to the invoice.
What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling with 7+ days' notice is free — your deposit transfers to the new date and is valid for 90 days. Cancellations or reschedules inside 7 days forfeit the deposit. We work hard to hold your slot, and late notice prevents us from filling it.
Is the work covered by a warranty?
Yes — all labor carries a 3-year workmanship warranty. If something installed fails due to how it was installed, we return and fix it at no charge. Materials warranties follow manufacturer terms.
